Window regulator

As simple as possible it is means cheaper.

  • no fixed position for motor

Function

Inside slider is assembled worm spindle – connected by a flexible shaft to the motor.

The worm shaft is used the same from the current window regulator motor. This guarantees durability.

Plastic guide rail has an internal worm thread into which the worm spindle fits.

Depending on the direction of rotation of the motor, spindle moves up or down along the plastic guide rail.

The flexible shaft is connected to the motor. Motor include planetary gearbox.

The flexi shaft is protected by a cover, during the entire stroke of the slider.

During function: slider go from bottom to top position = stroke. Flexible shaft, move half of stroke slider.
